Alamo Group Partners is a retail development group that focuses on West Coast value-add investments. We seek overlooked opportunities where others are missing great potential or unwilling to spend the time and capital to enhance the value. We buy vacant boxes and re-tenant them with national or regional tenants; we develop ground-up pads or complete ground leases; we downsize anchors with undermarket rent or inferior credit; and we purchase portfolios at a discount. We have extensive experience with designation rights and bankruptcy acquisitions, leaseholds, and purchasing businesses as long as there is a value-add component.
